These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mcp-injector, the foldwork.dev website, and related services provided by Foldwork ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

mcp-injector is commercial software distributed as a compiled binary. By downloading or using mcp-injector, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for your personal or internal business purposes.

The free tier of mcp-injector is available for workspaces under 100,000 lines of code. No payment or account is required. We reserve the right to modify the free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Pro subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing a Pro license, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via Lemon Squeezy's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

4. License key

Your Pro license key is issued to you personally or to your organization. It may be activated on machines used by you or your team members. You are responsible for keeping your license key confidential. If you believe your key has been compromised, contact us at foldwork@proton.me.

mcp-injector is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. In particular, we make no guarantees regarding:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foldwork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of mcp-injector. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Foldwork is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
